Komal has incredibly deep knowledge, strongly grounded in science, that’s what initially drew me to her. But beyond that, she has an amazing ability to clearly explain all topics related to sound, spirituality, and physiology. Everything was explained in a very clear and accessible way, and time truly flew during those days. My sound healing training in Bali was such an amazing experience. It was exactly what I needed, intensive (two days ) where I could really dive into the practice. I came to Komal with curiosity and the intention to learn how to play the bowls. It was such a wonderful time with Komal that flew by. After just having finished the sound healing training levels 1 + 2 I can truly recommend Komal’s training from the bottom of my heart to anyone who searches for inspiration and a deeper connection to herself. I booked the training on recommendation without knowing Komal personally but very soon after we meet I knew that this was a correct decision. Komal is not only a very knowledgeable and supportive teacher but I also got to know her as a warm-hearted and open-minded person. During the training she gave much room to my individual needs and allowed my own creativity to flourish. What I particularly liked about the training is Komal’s approach combining science and spirituality in a unique way. From the training I take a helpful tool kit and some background knowledge about the effects of sound on body and mind and I can‘t wait to implement crystal bowls in my own practice and my yoga classes.

My training with Komal was out of this world magical. My 1:1 with her for Level 1&2 was very worth it. Being able to dive in to the specifics and to have that quality time together was what I needed. Komal was very intuitive along the way and a great listener. She was excellent in paying attention into the areas we must be working on that’s more suitable for me and customized the experience according to my needs. As a woman who flew from across the world, it really felt like coming home to your sister and shows you the tools which was highlighted during the Level 2 session with the voice activation and integration with the Soundbath immersion. I just completed sound healing training levels 1 + 2 with Komal and it was an amazing experience! It was a truly remarkable experience where I gained a lot of new knowledge. I even learned about music and chords, which was an unexpected but fascinating aspect of the experience. I particularly loved the link between spirituality and science, as it makes the experience more accessible to those who might have preconceived notions, showing that it’s ‘proven.’ I also found it fascinating to notice that the challenges I face in my daily life, like certain habits, were reflected in playing the sound bowls. For instance, rushing through things or starting too forcefully without being properly grounded. Now that I’m back in the Netherlands, I want to pick it up again, but I need to find a way to integrate it into my life here. If you feel drawn to it for no apparent reason, it’s your calling to do something with it! If it’s meant to be, everything will fall into place

Honestly, I learned so much in this training, it was beyond all expectations - Komal really doesn’t do it justice in the brochure! From biology to music theory and mathematics, this left me with a deepfelt respect for the practice of sound healing, as an art but also a science. Personally, I felt something shift within me, I felt activated and my whole body was often tingling after the exercises. I went through level 1+2 journey where Komal introduced me to the sound healing, crystal singing bowls playing techniques and voice activation session. Great information relating to sound healing and the methods used to creative harmonious sound and of the different kinds of sounds created and the tools and techniques which sit behind them. 1-1 session felt very personalised and I felt as though I was able to absorb the information more fluidly and the sessions left me really wanting to expand on my practice and share these teachings.

I‘m still blessed that the universe connected us and we did the Sound Healing Trainings with Komal. We got so much more out of it then we expected. It was so much More than learning how to play the bowls. We learnt to open up our voice, our throat chakra, to hold Space for ourselves and others. The connection between spirituality and science that komal brings into the Training is outstanding and so valuable.
