I experienced my first crystal sound bath at a Yoga Festival on the beautiful island of Bali in 2013.
Years later, in the midst of navigating divorce, burnout, unemployment and a scooter accident whilst stranded on Bali in the middle of the pandemic, I found myself being called back to the sounds of the crystal singing bowls.
Even though I was trained as a Scientist, I decided to follow my heart and intuition to use sound in my own healing journey to recover from heartbreak, auto-immunity, burnout and anxiety. 
I am now the founder of Sound Zenergy where I share my expertise as a Vocal Sound Healer, Sound Healing Trainer and Spiritual Business Mentor, impacting 1000s of clients through my trainings, global sound bath events, retreat sessions, and my healing music online.
