I experienced my first crystal sound bath at a Yoga Festival on the beautiful island of Bali in 2013.
Years later, I found myself stranded on Bali in the middle of a pandemic navigating divorce, burnout, unemployment, and a scooter accident all at once. That's when the crystal singing bowls called me back.
I was trained as a Scientist. But I chose to follow my heart using sound to heal from heartbreak, auto-immunity, burnout, and anxiety.
Today I'm the founder of Sound Zenergy, Vocal Sound Healer, Sound Healing Trainer, and Spiritual Business Mentor. I've impacted thousands of clients worldwide through trainings, global sound bath events, retreats, and healing music.
