Made-to-Order Items
Every Zenergy Crystal Bowl is custom-made especially for you. Because of this bespoke process, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference. Please note that because each bowl is individually crafted, the final colour and finish may vary slightly from the images.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Once an order is confirmed, it goes directly into production. This means cancellations are not possible.
In some cases, we may be able to adjust details (such as note or tuning), but changes are not guaranteed after your order is placed. If you’d like to request a modification, please contact us immediately at support@crystalbowls.shop and we’ll do our best to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging your bowls securely and each order is insured for peace of mind. If your bowl arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Include an unboxing video and clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can make an insurance claim
- Send the message to support@crystalbowls.shop
We will carefully review your case and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
