The final shipping cost depends on how many bowls you order. Shipping is calculated automatically once you've added the all bowls you want to your cart.

All your crystal bowls are custom made to order. Please allow a general timeline of 3 - 5 weeks from order to delivery. We will send you a shipment tracking number once your bowls are on their way to you so you can keep a close eye on the shipping status.

Yes! We have shipped 100s of Zenergy crystal bowls worldwide. Your crystal bowls will be packaged very safely in packaging materials and a custom made Zenergy crystal bowl padded case for carrying and storing your bowls.

However, we cannot control every logistical scenario, so in case of any accidents, all orders are also insured. Please take an unboxing video of your bowls so we can make an insurance claim and send you a replacement in case of any damages in transit.

Depending on your location there may be additional customs charges and duties required for you to pay as the customer upon delivery. The fees depend on the rules of each individual country, and therefore we are unable to confirm the cost beforehand.

Each of our crystal bowls is custom-made to order and created especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns.

Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances such as if your order is damaged during transit, or if we are unable to fulfill an item in your order. Please take an unboxing video for the insurance claim for damaged bowls.
