4th Octave Bowls are considered the “standard” octave for crystal singing bowls with a clear, bright tone that most people are familiar with.

3rd Octave Bowls play at a lower pitch, producing a deeper and more grounding sound.

Which octave is right for you is entirely a matter of personal preference. Some healers prefer the uplifting, crystalline sound of 4th Octave bowls, while others are drawn to the rich, resonant depth of 3rd Octave bowls.

You can also combine both octaves in your collection to create a wider and more dynamic range of sound layering light, high frequencies with deeper, grounding tones.

Zenergy Crystal Bowls are custom-made to order, ensuring each one is crafted with care and intention. Please allow approximately 3 - 5 weeks from order to delivery.

Your order will also include a suede mallet/wand for playing your bowl, along with an O-ring for safe placement and optimal sound quality. This ensures you have everything you need to begin playing and enjoying your bowl straight away.

Each bowl is carefully packaged for protection and shipped in its own padded Zenergy carry case. This ensures the safest possible journey for these delicate instruments. In addition, all orders are fully insured, giving you peace of mind from the moment your bowl leaves our hands to the moment it arrives at your door.

The size of your crystal bowl depends on the note or chakra you choose, as each frequency requires a different bowl size to produce the correct tone. As each bowl is individually custom made, allow a 0.25" variation in size.

4th Octave Bowls: typically range from 5” - 7” in diameter.

3rd Octave Bowls: slightly larger, ranging from 7” - 8.5” in diameter.

Smaller bowls create higher-pitched, brighter tones, while larger bowls produce deeper, grounding sounds. Both are beautiful. It simply comes down to the energy and sound you feel most aligned with. Refer to the size chart above for note - size correlation.
